Communicating with you and managing our mailing list: Based on your consent, we use the details you provide to keep you updated about our activities. You will always have the possibility to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
How we share your information
We will not share your contact details publically or disclose them to third parties without obtaining your separate consent.
However, we may use third-party service providers to maintain and publish our website and manage our mailing list. In particular, we use Netlify to provide us with form submission functionalities and hosting. This may require transferring your personal data outside of the European Union and the European Economic Area to be processed by Netlify and its sub-processors for the purposes explained in this notice, in which case such data transfers will be governed, where required, by the Standard Contractual Clauses published by the European Commission and applied as part of the Data Processing Agreement between us and Netlify.
Retention of your information
Unless you decide to unsubscribe at an earlier stage, we will retain your information for as long as necessary in order for us to keep you informed about the Double Open project and its results.
Your rights
You may revoke your consent and unsubscribe from our communications at any time either by using the unsubscribe functionality or contact details provided in the context of our communications to you, or by contacting us using the information provided in this notice. After you unsubscribe, we will cease processing your data.
